Prepare your
floors and walls .
You can apply your self-adhesive vinyl courses on a wide variety of supports, provided that they offer a clean, dry, smooth, non-porous surface and free of traces of oil, grease, wax, silicone or other polluting agents.
To prevent bad surprises, all surfaces should be cleaned on the presumed that they are dirty.
If the stickers are not applied the day of receipt, it is advisable to store them flat in a dry place .
Installation according to floor type .
If you install your games on a surface made of vinyl tiles, terrazzo or other materials that require a protective wax, we recommend that you wax your games and surfaces after installing them. You will thus imprison the games in your floor.
Generally, a good scrubbing is sufficient to accommodate games. If your floors need to be stripped soon, take the opportunity to do so before installation. You will have a brand new floor for your games.
Note that it is recommended to apply a coat of wax before installation in order to seal the pores of the floor. Make sure it is completely dry before installation .
Once the sets have been placed on the ground, optimum adhesion of the glue is obtained after 24 hours of installation .
So you’ll need to allow enough time between installation and the application of your 4 coats of recommended post-installation wax.
